Winter is still in full gear, and the view from my window right now tells me it’s sticking around for a bit. Have no fear, this week’s Free Workout will warm you up nice and toasty.
Today, you’re going to do everything on one side, for five full reps before moving on to the next side and doing the same. Complete three to four rounds, taking rests as needed.
On the overhead step back/reverse lunge, make sure to keep the snatch at the top as you step back. Release it when you return back to start. You can either step back on the same side as the weight, or the opposite, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
