Happy Friday the 13th everyone!
For today’s workout, you just need one band and an anchor. And a door. That’s pretty important too (make sure the door doesn’t open towards you if you use the anchor at the top of the door – otherwise, use the hinge side for safety).
With the band lunge, you will hold the band ends in your hand, walk back until you feel the bands become taught (no tension). Tuck your elbows at your sides, and step back into the lunge. This will create resistance in the movement as you step back.
