Free Workout Friday: A full body mover.

Happy Friday, all! Today’s workout is best done with dumbbells and bands. You could curl a kettlebell, but it’s easier (and better for your wrists) to use a dumbbell. Remember, train smartly!

Do the below workout three or four times through. Can’t do it in three full rounds because those babies or kiddos are feeling that long week we’re capping today? Split this workout in half. Do two full rounds through now, and then when the house is in that brief “calm before the next storm mode”, hit the workout again for another two rounds.
