Transform Your Body!


Body 360 Camp and Mommy FITT are two, 6-week long fitness classes designed to not only help you transform your body, but give you the tools that you will need to be successful beyond the class.

Each class will have a structured 40-minute workout involving exercises using body weight, kettle bells, light weight dumbbells, and bands. Portable exercise is the motto of VanSpice Fitness and instructor Holly Spicer, so the workouts will be those that you can literally do anywhere. Not just that, but affordably at the same time.

It doesn’t stop there. All fitness classes will get you moving, burning calories and hopefully on your path to whatever your goal may be. While Body 360 Camp and Mommy FITT both do that, they do more. These two classes will have 20-minutes each class devoted to nutrition.

You will learn the ins and outs of using nutrition to attain your goal, whether it’s overall weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, maintaining your current weight. Learn about carbohydrates, protein, fats, calories and how to safely add/subtract depending on your goal, good vs. bad foods, and more! Handouts will be passed out each class, so no need to worry about taking notes.

Body 360 Camp — Got a few spots that could use a little tightening? Come tone up, drop weight, learn about eating healthy and get the inside scoop on some delicious recipes.

Classes are Tuesdays at 6-7 p.m., starting June 3. The fee is $60 for the full 6-week program.

Mommy FITT — Looking to get back into that favorite pair of jeans? A little more energy to chase after that rambunctious little one? Trying to get your family on board with eating healthy? Come shed some of that baby weight, make some great friends, and get family friendly (and yummy) recipes to take home!

Classes are Saturdays at 8-9 a.m., starting June 7. The fee is $60 for the full 6-week program.
